OUTFIT QUESTIONS
  • How can I determine which size to order?
At SHAROSCOLLECTION.COM, we understand how crucial it is to pick the right size when ordering your items, this is why we provide a size chart link  on each product page. It will give measurements to help you determine the right size to order. 
Please make sure to read the product's descriptions about sizing to make sure you order the right size when you purchase. Bear in mind, that sizes may vary according to clothing style. 

Also, you could measure yourself for a more accurate sizing solution. 

  • My size is sold out, when will you be restocking? 
Restocking is based on items popularity and product availability. We encourage you to keep checking your size for availability. 
ORDER QUESTIONS
  • How will my order be processed? 
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York City, from Monday - Saturday (excluding Sundays and holidays)- after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation email containing your tracking number, when your order has shipped.Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
***All orders placed with"VIP Priority Processing / VIP PASS"will be processed first.
  • How do I cancel my order?
We aim to process orders same day. We do not allow the cancelation of orders.  If you ordered the wrong size or color please contact our customer service department via email: sales@sharocollections.com However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process. 
  • Can I return my items?
Returns are ONLY accepted in the form of exchange. We have a 5 days exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for the purchased items. Returns/Exchange request are subject to approval. PLEASE review our Return/Exchange Policy to find out if your items qualify.
  • Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds. Items qualified for return will only receive  store credit (pending to conditions). Store credit do not expire and can be used at any time. PLEASE review ourReturn/Exchange Policy to find out if you qualify for store credit. 
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
  • How are items shipped?
We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class With tracking. If your item is over one pound, it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visit our shopping policypage for more information. 
  • When will my item(s) arrive? 
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at check out.
  • Is international shipping available?
Yes! we offer Domestic and International Shipping, please refer to our shipping policyto guide you through our shipping process. 
  • Is FREE SHIPPING available for all orders?
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders when you spend $120 or more!

  • I added "VIP Priority Processing / VIP PASS" to my order, how long does it take to have my order shipped? 
All orders placed with "VIP Priority Processing / VIP PASS"will be processed first. We ship "VIP Priority Processing / VIP PASS" once daily Monday-Friday. If your order was placed before 3:00pm EST, your order will be shipped the same day. Any"VIP Priority Processing / VIP PASS" order placed after 3:00pm EST, will processed first but will be shipped the next morning. 
  • How are USPS EXPRESS orders processed? 
USPS EXPRESS orders are processed within 1 business day, delivery guaranteed in 2 business days, (1 business day in most cases.) Express is NOT overnight!!! and SIGNATURE is required. Express orders need to be placed before 11pm EST to guarantee same day shipping. 
  • *Please Be Advised:the time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping option does not guarantee you will receive your order the day after you place it.
  • How is my shipping cost calculated? 
Be advised, shipping cost for all orders are calculated at checkout subject to the shipping method selected. Refer to our shipping policy for more information about the Domestic and International shipping methods available. 
  • Does my order require signature upon delivery? 
ALL ORDERS WORTH $100 OR MORE ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY. 
DAMAGED ITEM(S) / LOST PACKAGES QUESTIONS
  • I received a damaged item. What should I do?

All items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped! 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • My package is lost. What should I do?

SHARO'S COLLECTION is not to be held accountable for any product damaged, lost or stolen after being shipped. If upon reception of your order, your package shows any damage, or if your package was lost or stolen please don't hesitate and contact USPS to file a claim, immediately. You can do this online.
